Greenhouse
"IMplast Nova"
Construction Features
– Strong galvanized profile pipe 25×25 mm;
– Diagonal End Face Amplifiers;
– Transverse reinforcement of intermediate arches;
– Side diagonal amplifiers;
– Mounting of cellular polycarbonate to the ends through elastic thermal washers;
– Hinges of doors and vents are fixed with screws and nuts;
– Ground hooks on each arch (included).
Cross braces of the end and archs
Cross braces additionally reinforce all frame elements under wind loads. Lateral cross braces ensure longitudinal strength of the frame and facilitate the installation when installing the end part at an angle of 90 degrees in relation to the plane of the greenhouse.

No welded joints
All elements of the greenhouse frame and those of the end part are interconnected with galvanized self-tapping screws and bolts. The weld in the joints of conventional greenhouses damages the factory zinc coating of the tube. Over time, the weld joint gets rusty, its strength decreases and the greenhouse becomes less resistant to the mechanical action, snow and wind loads. Service life of a welded structure is limited.

Ends as assembled
Greenhouse end elements are supplied preassembled according to the factory templates, thereby significantly accelerating the greenhouse installation process and excluding mistakes and misalignments during self-assembly.

Angles on polycarbonate sheet joints
The upper and angle joints are reinforced with metal galvanized angles with flanging, that prevents the sweeping-off of polycarbonate sheets by the wind or other mechanical actions.

Eight longitudinal stringers
Ends and intermediate archs are interconnected with 8 (in Nova greenhouse) or 9 (in Double-slope greenhouse) longitudinal stringers increasing the frame strength in contrast to greenhouses equipped with three or five stringers.

Fastening of the door group hinges
The hinges are attached to the shape with a reliable bolted connection. This ensures that your greenhouse doors and vents will not sag or fall off after one season of the greenhouse service life due to rust, as is the case with welded greenhouses.

Ground lugs on each arch
In contrast to most greenhouses in which T-shaped ground lugs either are not available or mounted on every 1-2 arches, in the IMplast greenhouse each arch is provided with ground lugs for the greenhouse to be securely anchored in the ground without using a base.

Mounting holes
In the IMplast greenhouses, all holes are drilled using the factory equipment, which prevents burr formation. In low-budget cheap greenhouses, burrs form on the outer surface in the process of drilling and may cause injury during installation, as well as damage other elements of the structure or polycarbonate.

Strapping band with tensioner ("NOVA")
Roof polycarbonate sheets are fastened with strapping bands using a tensioner allowing polycarbonate sheets to be easily and reliably fastened without tilting the frame sideways and using ladders. Strapping bands guarantee secure and impervious sheet jointing.

Elastic thermowashers
To fasten the polycarbonate sheets to the end part, special elastic thermowashers with caps are used. They do not distort the polycarbonate sheets during installation, in contrast to conventional roofing self-tapping screws. Thermowashers compensate for the thermal expansion in polycarbonate sheets, seal holes, prevents moisture and dust fron ingressing into channels and cold air from enetering into the greenhouse.

Self-tapping screw center-punches
Self-tapping screw holes in the required spots are center punched during manufacturing, thereby speeding up the installation process and excluding the possibility of damaging the polycarbonate sheets in case of deviation of a tapping screw when securing it. закручивания.

Handy door handle
Greenhouses are supplied with a convenient kit for locking the door including a handle, a crossbar, a cover, screws and nuts.
