Cross braces
Cross braces provide extra reinforcement to the end part, doors and vents of the greenhouse under the wind loads. Lateral cross braces also make installation easier on irregular surface.

No welded joints
All elements of the greenhouse frame and those of the end part are interconnected with galvanized self-tapping screws and bolts. The weld in the joints of conventional greenhouses damages the factory zinc coating of the tube. Over time, the weld joint gets rusty, its strength decreases and the greenhouse becomes much less resistant to the mechanical action, snow and wind loads. The service life of a welded structure is limited.

Ends as assembled
Greenhouse end elements are supplied preassembled according to the production templates, thereby significantly accelerating the greenhouse installation process and excluding mistakes and misalignments, which are possible during ssembly.

Transverse stiffening agent of each arch
A transverse stiffening agent of the arch increases the frame resistance to wind and snow loads. The stiffening agent doubles the strength of the arch.

Length of connecting elements
In conventional greenhouses, the length of a cross-stringer joint (greenhouse longitudinal elements) is maximum 3 cm and is not quite reliable. In "IMplast" shape metal greenhouses the length of a cruciform joint is 9 cm, which guarantees a much more reliable and sound connection of the elements.

Fastening of the door group hinges
The hinges are attached to the shape with a reliable bolted connection. This ensures that your greenhouse doors and vents will not sag or fall off after one season of the greenhouse service life due to rust, as is the case with welded greenhouses.

Ground lugs on each arch
In contrast to most greenhouses in which T-shaped ground lugs either are not available or mounted on every 1-2 arches, in the IMplast greenhouse each arch is provided with ground lugs for the greenhouse to be securely anchored in the ground without using a base.

Mounting holes
In the IMplast greenhouses, all holes are drilled using the factory equipment, which prevents burr formation. In low-budget cheap greenhouses, burrs form on the outer surface in the process of drilling and may cause injury during installation, as well as damage other elements of the structure or polycarbonate.

Strapping band with tensioner
A strapping band allows the cellular polycarbonate sheets to be attached to the frame without damage, as opposed to fastening polycarbonate sheets with self-tapping screws. Only strapping bands guarantee secure and impervious sheet jointing. By using strapping bands, cellular polycarbonate is not damaged during installation and it serves much longer remaining transparent throughout its lifetime

Elastic thermowashers
To fasten the polycarbonate sheets to the end part, special elastic thermowashers with caps are used. They do not distort the polycarbonate sheets during installation, in contrast to conventional roofing self-tapping screws. Thermowashers compensate for the thermal expansion in polycarbonate sheets, seal holes and prevent the cold air from entering into the greenhouse.

Self-tapping screw center-punches
Self-tapping screw holes in the required spots are center punched during manufacturing, thereby speeding up the installation process and excluding the possibility of damaging the polycarbonate sheets in case of deviation of s self-tapping screw when securing it.

Handy door handle
Greenhouses are supplied with a convenient door locking kit including a handle, a crossbar, a cover, screws and nuts.
